Terms of Use

These draft terms cover how you may use NourishNest Kids, the limits of what it does, and how subscriptions are billed and cancelled.

Legal documents are available in English only for now so their meaning is not changed by translation. The rest of the app is fully translated. These draft documents are not legal advice.

1. The service

NourishNest Kids is a meal-planning and organisation tool operated by ANEL GROUP INC. It helps parents and caregivers record food preferences, find and generate recipe ideas, plan a week of meals, track hydration and build a grocery list. Accounts are for adults; children do not receive logins.

2. Not medical, nutrition or clinical advice

The service does not diagnose, treat, cure, prevent or manage autism, ADHD, neurodivergence, gut or digestive disease, selective eating disorder, feeding disorders, allergies, or any other medical condition. It makes no claim that any food or diet affects any condition.

Content in the app, including AI-generated recipe ideas and adaptive suggestions, is informational only and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified physician, dietitian, therapist or other healthcare professional. Always consult your child's healthcare team about growth, hydration, nutrient intake, restrictive eating, feeding difficulties and allergies.

3. Your responsibility for safety, allergens and suitability

You are solely responsible for deciding what to serve your child. Before preparing or serving anything suggested in the app you must verify ingredient labels, allergen statements, manufacturing and cross-contact risk, freshness, storage, preparation safety (including choking hazards and age-appropriate textures) and overall suitability for your child.

Recipe filters, restriction tags and allergen exclusions are planning aids. They may be incomplete or wrong, particularly for AI-generated content and for products whose formulations change. Never rely on them alone where an allergy, intolerance or medical diet is involved.

4. Your account

Keep your credentials confidential and use an accurate email address so password resets reach you. You are responsible for activity under your account. Enter the minimum child information you need — a nickname and preferences are enough. Do not upload content that is unlawful, or that belongs to someone else without permission.

5. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access other accounts or data, bypass entitlement or usage limits, probe or attack our infrastructure, scrape the service at scale, resell access, or use the AI features to generate unsafe, abusive or unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that do.

6. Plans, billing, renewal and cancellation

  • Free plan: CAD $0. One child profile, the full built-in recipe library, weekly planner, grocery list, hydration tracking, and a limited number of AI recipe creations per calendar month.
  • NourishNest Plus Monthly: CAD $9.99 per month, billed monthly.
  • NourishNest Plus Annual: CAD $79.99 per year, billed annually.

All prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude taxes; applicable sales taxes may be added at checkout based on your billing location. Payments are processed by Stripe, and card details are handled entirely by Stripe — we never receive or store card numbers.

Automatic renewal. Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until you cancel. Renewal charges use the payment method on file.

How to cancel. Open Profile → Plan and billing → Manage subscription. That opens the Stripe customer portal, where you can cancel or change your plan and update your payment method. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for; Plus features remain available until then, after which the account returns to the Free plan. Your data is not deleted when a subscription ends.

Refunds. Subscriptions are generally non-refundable once billed, except where required by applicable law. You may cancel at any time and retain paid access until the end of the current billing period. Duplicate charges or clear billing errors may be reviewed by support at info@nourishnestkids.com.

Price changes. We may change prices or plan contents for future billing periods and will give notice in the app or by email before a change affects you.

Beta note. During the private beta, payments run in the payment processor's test mode where indicated, and features may change or be interrupted.

7. AI-generated content

AI recipe ideas are generated automatically from the preferences on the active child profile. They can be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable, and are not reviewed by a professional before you see them. Treat them as drafts you check before cooking. Usage limits apply on the Free plan and fair-use limits may apply on Plus to keep the service available.

8. Availability and changes

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may add, change or remove features, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, and total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time and delete your account from Profile → Account. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or where required by law.

11. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Questions about these terms go to info@nourishnestkids.com.
